Refund policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please reach out via our business email or the contact us page.
Once the your issue has been reported and received our team will respond and reach back out to you via email.
Wrong Address - If your order is saying that it has been received but you haven't received it or it hasn't been delivered to your address, start by contacting us using our business email. Once we have received your report we will go over the process in detail with you privately. As far as our company policy goes, our team will review the order tracking and go through a process to make sure the product has not been delivered to your address. If it is confirmed and you have provided an address that the courier considers insufficient then the shipment will be returned to our team and you will be reshipped the product.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed will be sent back to our warehouse and you will be notified about that. Once we have received our product and made contact with you. The product will be re sent to your address.
Returned By Customer - (Disclaimer) Before you submit any returns make sure you contact and get in touch with our team. If you have received your package and it has damages or defects immediately reach out to our team and report this issue. By our policy rules we will respond back and ask you for picture evidence of the damage or defect. Once the reported damage and or defects have been picture verified we will be in contact with you in order to get you a new product.
No Buyers Remorse Returns - If you have received a product and you are unsatisfied with the fit or look of it. Unfortunately our company policy says that we do not refund any product under the circumstance of customer remorse.
